nature is inviting me to rake but my body is inviting me to do anything but. ;)
A few deep breaths, a walk in the crunchy color, and admiring all that I see - good for nature and the body !

I think both nature and my body are conspiring to invite me to slow down, stay warm (and dry), and just watch the show for a while.

@Kim: It's funny. I was thinking that nature and our body often agree, but sometimes they really don't. I like your plan.
@Steph: Then I hope you can slow down for a bit. (I feel similarly, though I finally took Atlas for a walk; he was starting to look like he was all napped out. ;)
