Atlas...what a great name! And isn't he lovely! Sorry the heat wave has all creatures great and small in a slump there... be keeping cool! ;o) Happy Days...

oh how I wish he could come swim with Sam~ great shot

My dogs don't like the heat either. When it is hot, they come inside and lay on the tile under the air conditioning vent. We have also filled an kiddie pool in the backyard and let the dogs play in the water. The German Shepherd loves the water. The lab, not so much which surprises me. The only problem is that they pee in the water, just like a kid.

That's a really cool shot :-)

Maybe you'd have better luck spraying Atlas with a hose than coercing him into the tub :-)

I've been watching the weather out there and thinking that Atlas must be wilting... i hope it cools off soon... as an incentive for our Providence plan, it's only mid-80s here...

Oh I'm dreaming of some hot weather. It's winter and our weather is in the low 60's (cold for us)

I hope the weather changes soon so yo can cool your hot dog down.

What a great face! Hope it cools down for you and Atlas soon. Crazy heat here too. The cat doesn't move around much, but then she doesn't move around much when it's cold either! Kathy

What a cool image of Atlas! Poor guy, I hope it cools off for you both soon. I guess no more cooling baths for Atlas! Thank you for joining the Pet Parade!

this shot is amazing, elizabeth.

I keep thinking I need to play along on the Pet Parade.
