today, i am celebrating leaf-strewn sidewalks. there is nothing quite like walking down the sidewalk and hearing leaves rustle beneath your feet with each step.
if you want to join in, i'd love to celebrate with you. feel free to share something you want to celebrate in the comments, and i will jump for joy along with you. (you can also whisper it into the wind, and i will celebrate with you in spirit.)

Today I am celebrating the coziness of lying butt to butt with a yellow lab in a queen sized bed, under soft cotton sheets and well worn cotton quilts...that extra hour was oh so yummy !
Yay for leaves strewn about !
Yay for Monday !
Yay for you, wonderful One !

"Leaves Beneath Your Feet" sounds like a poem title

I love walking through crunchy leaves, too! I have been known, on occasion, to skip through and/or kick rustley leaves on sidewalks. :)

@elk: the more, the merrier! maybe all this celebrating will encourage them to stay longer. :)
@steph: i may or may not have done the same thing. ;)
@marcie: exactly.
@ann: it does. feel free to use it!
@alison: i miss that. the leaf blowers have visited so our sidewalks are bare again. sniffle.
@kim: mmmmm. i am celebrating ALL of that with you. so much wonderfulness in your words.
