mmm, i love this photo! and i am completely in the same boat....may sleep come swiftly and stay put!

Sleep comes when you are at peace. Atlas can help.

unfortunately, atlas is the "trouble". his insides are unhappy and when they are particularly unhappy - which generally happens at night - he needs to pace and eat grass. :(

Maybe you could buy a bunch of those cat grass thingies for him to eat in the house. :) Poor Atlas. Hope the two of you get some rest. Also, I love your coffee pictures. :)

did you know that liz has some meditations you can download on her site???? i listen to them when i go to bed. they really help.

Always so hard to balance - this need for sleep by night..this energy boost by day! Love the image!!!

YUM photo, Elizabeth! I could do with a jolt of something now myself... I is later afternoon here, when I always sag a bit...zzz... ;o) Happy Day ((HUGS))

Wishing restful slumber for you, retroactively! (And wishing it again for tonight, just in case.)

Yummy :)

Except for the Atlas part (have you tried pumpkin?)

Sending you soothing energy and best wishes for a restful night, Elizabeth!

Mmmm, I wish I were there drinking that coffee right now. With you of course. I hope I appreciated it enough when I was actually doing it :)

Comfort and rest to you and Atlas!

Hopefully, Atlas (and you) are doing better today. It was your turn to comfort him.

wow that looks strong~and good!

@elk: i think it was. (it was not my coffee; i borrowed it. ;)

@jerry: he (and i) are doing much better. thank you.

@briana: comfort and rest much appreciated! i might have to buy a coffee today in memory of you. :)

@meredith, @steph: thank you! i think it helped. :)

@bullwinkle: i have .. it doesn't help this particular problem. i am learning that a couple days of chicken & rice and grass-eating helps the stress leave his system and then all is well again.

@tracy: that's my lazy time too. a nap helps. ;)

@marcie: totally! that's why i can't drink caffeine during the day - then my sleep is completely lost.

@kelly: i did not! i'll look for them - i could use some new meditations.

@amy: hmmm. now there's an idea! then he could pace and eat while i sleep!
