Oh, this one really warms the cockles of my heart, Elizabeth! I've had glasses since I was about 10. And due to one eye not being completely round, contacts don't work for me, so it's always been glasses. So without those glasses on everything is very soft focus. I like. And I like the me with glasses. ;o) Also loved your Atlas vs Elizabeth in your previous post... very sweet. Happy Day ((HUGS))

We each see the world a little differently due, in part, to our different physical and emotional filters.

LOVE this connection you've made. soft and blurry...HUGGG!

haha i totally forgot about your "magical eyesight improvement" story! and yes, i was just thinking about this fuzzy blurriness the other night, how weird it would be to just see clearly all the time!

What an interesting thought! I got glasses when I was about 18 and I remember being amazed at all the detail in the world! It was so strange to see individual leaves on the trees because I was so used to seeing just a blur of green!

I love your soft, blurry focus. I find myself drawn to overexposed photos. I wonder what they says about me?

Me too me too!

I got glasses at seven (after a school vision check in which I couldn't see their little arrow at all). Leaves on trees for the first time. Stopped spilling my milk all the time. Learned to ride a bike.

I think this is why my artistic vision is all about close, close, closeup and texture. I love texture passionately. And looking into mysteries.

I love your photograph!!
