the other day, atlas moved into an effortless downward dog. while he was still in the pose, he let out a groan that sounded EXACTLY like "ommmmmmmmm". it was the best thing ever.

haha... too sweet! Dogs do seem naturally gifted at yoga & meditation. Cats too... Our kitty Charlie does a very good downward dog. ;o) Happy Day, Elizabeth. Give Atlas a cuddle... ((HUGS))

cute:) did i ever tell you how kia comes on my yoga mat while i'm doing yoga w/ a quizzical look like "why are you in such a strange position?" and walks all around me checking out all angles:) oh, and once i was in downward dog, and she walked right in front of my face and stretched in down dog too!
