whenever i come across this series of photos in my photo library, i like to flip through them quickly. it makes me laugh. it also makes me wonder how on earth i ever get a good photo of the pup. whenever i want to take a picture, he will not stay still. if his body actually stays in one place, his head moves a mile a minute instead.
do you know what atlas thinks is one of the strangest things ever? people actually throw bread to ducks when he is nearby and they could be giving it to him. who on earth would want to feed a duck when they could feed him, he would say.
haha... that is so sweet, Atlas and the ducks... Well, he does think everything is for him, or ought to be, so makes sense he's confused! ;o) I hear you about the photos... it's the same with our Charlie. Out of 50 photos, I might get one good one. Happy Day ((HUGS))

Hi Elizabeth. I would venture to also say that Atlas does not see himself as a dog. I had a black lab who never thought he was a dog and couldn't understand other dogs at all. I can see Atlas' point of view though on the duck issue. Great photos even if he doesn't stand or sit still when you're trying to snap his picture.

Hi Atlas! (and Elizabeth)! I had to stop by on here quickly because I have class right now and then an interview right after that, and since I knew it was weim Wed, I knew atlas would help keep me less nervous:)
And Atlas, I don't know why they don't feed you either. You're cuter;)

@chris: i wonder! he also finds it puzzling that other dogs swim. you can see him watching them as if to say, you are weird. ;)
@tammy: he really was a show puppy. until he went over the size limit. :)
