Beauty as you define it. You don't necessarily care how others define it.
You believe that beauty is important. Essential, even.
You believe that beauty feeds the soul.
You know how wonderful it feels to create beauty or to wear beauty or to be surrounded by beauty.
For you, a bite-sized dose of beauty that fits into your life and budget.
It's an image (or images) for your very own use.
It's an easy way to take a piece of retinal perspectives home with you.
It's a visual reminder of the essence of retinal perspectives, an essence that includes qualities like delight, possibility, joy, peace, magic, loving kindness, and wonder.
You can think of this as a grab bag of images.
With your purchase, you get anything and everything in the grab bag.
Right now, the grab bag contains these images.
:: goodbye, winter ::
:: hello, spring ::
But the internet is full of images. Why these?
The internet really is full of images! Isn't it great!
Except sometimes it's hard to figure out which images you can use and for which purposes.
When you purchase images from the grab bag, I don't want you to think of them as my images. I want you to think of them as our images. I want you to take the images and make them your own.
These images come with freedom and permission and possibility.
What do you get? You get the original files - to use however you wish.
- You can combine the image with your own art and make something new and wonderful.
- You can digitally manipulate the image in Photoshop and turn it into your own creation.
- You can use the image as an iphone or computer background or screensaver.
- You can use the image on your blog or website.
- You can turn the image into a thank you postcard for your retreat participants.
- You can put the image onto a print or a canvas for your own wall and then make a print for your mother for mother's day and another for your best friend for her birthday. (For my own walls, I've used Mpix for 8x10 and 11x14 prints and a 20x30 canvas and I've used Shutterfly for 8x10 prints. I was happy with the quality of all of them.)
- You can use the image to make a holiday card that you send to everyone and their brother.
- You can put the image on a t-shirt or a mug or a book and sell it.
- You can use the image for an e-book or a flyer or a presentation.
Oh, my goodness. That list is just a sampling. There are a million other possibilities.
(Of course, I do ask that you not take the image and sell it as your own image. That's just bad karma.)
Wow. That's a lot of uses. How much do the images cost?
Since you can use the images however you wish, and there are more possible uses than I can even dream up, any price I might choose would be purely symbolic. That being said, I am experimenting with choosing a symbolic and resonant price for each set of images.
Cost: $8.
Here's how it will work.
- You'll click Sign me up! and complete your purchase using PayPal.
- You'll be directed to a web page with links to the files and instructions on how to download them.
- In case you miss the page or something goes wrong, I'll also send you an email with the links and instructions. This part is not automated, so it won't happen immediately, but it'll happen within 24-48 hours.
If you're thinking, "I love this! Sign me up!"
Yay! I'm so excited! I can't wait to see (or hear) what you do with the images!
p.s. If you are in need of a larger set of images for a project, and you like my style, let me know.
